Mortgage Lead Generation

Chalaki Systems specializes in Mortgage lead generation through internet search engines such as Google, MSN and Yahoo and outbound calls from our call centers.

Internet Leads

All our internet leads are generated from Google, MSN and Yahoo search traffic. We use Google AdWords program, MSN AdCenter  and Yahoo Overture to advertise for our leads. All these programs are Geo Targeted as well as Keyword targeted.

 

Our mortgage advertisement shows under the sponsored links when a user searches for a targeted keyword in a geographical location pre-determined by our campaign. Upon clicking on the Ad, the user is taken to a landing page created for the sole purpose of generating a lead. Upon arriving at the landing page, the user fills up the form and submits it to generate the lead. Our Mortgage Lead Generation Process involves

  • Determine the type of Lead: Whether new home, re-finance or home equity loans. We also provide home improvement loan leads and FHA and Government Home loan lead generation.
  • Geo Target: Based on the needs of our clients, we will generate leads in a specific country or state or region. We have worked with clients with lead requirements in all 50 states in USA, UK and Canada.
  • Cleaning up Leads: Compare the lead data with our historical database and determine if the lead is a fresh one or duplicate.
  • Quality Check: All our call center leads are recorded for quality control. The conversation between our agent and the lead  is constantly monitored by or quality control team. Further we provide the recordings to you if you are interested in listening.

Payments and Reimbursement:

We will provide you leads at the required volume on daily basis. We will invoice you at the end of the month. If for any reason, you determine that a lead sold to you is of expected quality or the provided phone number is unreachable, we will reimburse the cost.

Raja Sundarigari is the founder of Chalaki Systems. Raja is responsible for managing the lead generation operations based in Hyderabad, INDIA. Raja has 20 years of experience in IT and data services. He worked as VP of technology for Ibbotson Associates, Lead Internet and eCommerce architect for Motorola, Consultant for CBOE prior to founding Chalaki Systems.
